Privacy Statement

Community Ventures, Inc. (t/a Vienna Woods Swim & Tennis Club) (the "Club") has created this privacy policy statement (the "Privacy Policy") in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of those who choose to visit our Web site.

Privacy

We only send email to users of our site in response to an email initiated by them. We may also collect information that is given voluntarily through responses to surveys, questionnaires, etc.

The Club does not sell or give out email addresses unless it is to contact a subscriber about topics or interests they have specifically requested more information about. The Club reviews and reserves the right to edit all outgoing messages to ensure messages are delivered only to those subscribers requesting the information. Should users voluntarily subscribe to any kind of email mailing program, users will be given the opportunity in each email to opt out of future mailings by following a simple unsubscribe process. Users can also unsubscribe by sending an email message to webmaster@viennawoods.org.

Summary

Please keep in mind that any information (including personal information) that is divulged in a public setting (such as a bulletin board or mail list) is not protected under this Privacy Policy and may be seen by third parties not related to the Club and used by them to contact you for unauthorized purposes. In addition, if you link or connect to a third party Web site from the Club's Web site, any information disclosed on that site is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy, or equivalent, of each individual site for more information.

The Club is committed to helping you protect the security of your personal information. Accordingly, the Club will use its best reasonable efforts to maintain security procedures to protect the misuse, loss or alteration of the information that has been entrusted to us.

If at any time our Privacy Policy changes, those changes will be posted to the Web site so all guest to our site are aware of the changes.
